SUPERVISION

Finding a clinical supervisor that you connect with is incredibly important. If you're interested in exploring whether you and I might be a good fit, reach out to me using the form below. We'll schedule a quick 15-minute chat so that I can better understand your needs and you can ask me any questions about my training, education, background, or supervision style.

If we decide to move forward with a supervision relationship, I'll send you over a contract outlining all of the details. Supervision contracts can be terminated at any time, by either party, for any reason. We'll review expectations for each of us to make sure we're fully on the same page and then we'll be on our way and you will be one step closer to full, independent licensure! Woohoo!

MY SUPERVISION STYLE

  • In addition to clinical supervision, I'm trained in reflective supervision for Infant Mental Health professionals. I offer both clinical supervision for social work and mental health associates and reflective supervision for individuals seeking Infant Mental Health endorsement.
  • I believe that one of the keys to sustainable social work practice is understanding the inherent risk of professional burnout and compassion fatigue. I believe in the importance of the parallel process and encourage my supervisees to establish sustainable self-care habits so they can continue to show up for their clients and do this important work.
  • I utilize a strengths-based approach to social work practice and case consultation. I'm not interested in quick fixes or band-aid solutions and encourage my supervisees to explore client behavior from all angles using a systems perspective.
